The FIDI Annual Conference takes place over 5 days and is held in a different international city each year. With over 600 delegates, President and Board attendance as well as guest speakers, the event encompasses welcome receptions, plenary discussions, affiliate and board meetings, a golf tournament, a sporting challenge as well as other social events and a gala dinner on the final evening.
S2F Events provides a help line service to delegates in the run up to the event and then runs the registration and help desk on site.

Start2Finish Events works alongside the SJA’s award committee on all aspects of staging this event from facilitating the competition, collation of entries, overseeing the judging, venue sourcing, print and design, production of trophies, invitations, scripts, audio visual, budgets, transport and the on the day event production.
Audience: National newspapers, photographic agencies, news agency, broadcast companies, anyone who works or is involved in sports journalism, media and broadcast.
Sky Sports Living for Sport Live Events, 26 one day events held around the country. We have identified the venues for these events and taken the venues to contract stage, produced risk assessments and undertaken all ongoing liaison with the venues.
We have provided on-site support to the Youth Sport Trust, Sky Sports Living for Sport and the athlete mentors to ensure that the volunteers and the school children get the most from their day.
Audience: Sky staff volunteers and local primary school children.
The 10th International Short Break Conference was held in Edinburgh this year and ran over 3 days and included a comprehensive conference programme and varied social events.
The event combined, pre-conference tours, plenary, keynote working and networking opportunities as well as a host of social events including a gala dinner, a ceilidh, gin tasting and a literary tour.
We provided all the online conference registrations, issuing of invoices and financial reconciliation, provision of a help line as well as on-site assistance with the registration.
We also provided the ISBA with an event management consultancy picking up the venue liaison for the conference and the organisation of their gala dinner at the National Museum of Scotland.
Audience: 300 delegates from 17 countries came together to overcome challenges and make connections.

The event takes place over two days and the programme combines plenary, keynote, workshop and networking opportunities as well as a conference party and drinks reception.

We also oversee the audio and technical production comprising of three teams of technicians and some very tight and complicated room turnarounds.
